The Monkey Siblings and the Palace of Arka

The Monkey Siblings and the Palace of Arka

In the wild Amazon forest, there existed a famous village of monkeys where genius minds thrived. Among them was a kind and loving family, known far and wide for their compassion. This family had ten siblings, each with unique talents that sparked envy in others: Chacha, Chichi, Chuchu, Lala, Lili, Lulu, Dada, Didi, Dud, and the youngest, Dodi. The eldest, Chacha, and the youngest, Dodi, shared a special bond—they loved eating meat, raising animals, and fishing together. Chacha always brought her favorite pregnant goat along, while Dodi carried his playful pig, which loved fishing as much as him.

One day, their parents gathered them for an important talk.

Mother Monkey: "My dear children, each of you possesses a special gift. It’s time to use your talents to help others and make the world a better place."

Father Monkey: "The people of the world need your kindness, your strength, and your brilliance. Are you ready to take on this responsibility?"

The siblings, filled with enthusiasm, nodded in agreement.

Meanwhile, in the nearby palace of Arka, disaster struck. A fierce typhoon flooded the kingdom, destroying all the root crops. To make matters worse, the king’s ban on animals due to his allergies left the people weak from the lack of milk, meat, and proper nutrition. After days without food, they became frail and desperate for help.

Hearing of the plight, Dodi and Chacha decided to prepare for a journey to Arka. They packed their beloved pregnant goat, their playful pig, and their remarkable chicken, which laid two eggs daily. Together, they set off with hope and determination.

At the palace gates, a guard stopped them.

Guard: "You can’t enter! The king forbids animals in the kingdom, and those who disobey will be thrown into the lake of crocodiles."

Just as they were about to leave, another strong typhoon hit. Seeing their courage, the guard felt pity and took them to his home, where his family lay starving and weak.

Inside, the siblings got to work. Chacha prepared chicken soup and sweet potatoes with milk from the goat, while Dodi cooked a special dish from their farm. The aroma wafted through the air, drawing the attention of the villagers outside.

Guard’s Wife (in awe): "It smells incredible! Is this magic?"

The siblings smiled as the guard’s family ate, their strength returning with every bite. Soon, the villagers gathered outside, eager to taste the food.

As the siblings fed the villagers, the king and his assistant arrived in anger.

King: "You disobeyed me! These animals will be thrown into the crocodile lake!"

The villagers defended the siblings, begging the king to taste the food first.

Reluctantly, the king took a bite—and his mouth watered as the delicious flavors overwhelmed him. To his surprise, his allergies disappeared.

King (astonished): "I feel… fine! How is this possible?"

The siblings promised to help the kingdom recover. They taught the people to grow root crops and raise animals, starting with their goat, pig, and extraordinary chicken. Over time, the palace flourished with hundreds of chickens, healthy crops, and thriving livestock.

Grateful, the king gifted them a treasure chest of gold, silver, and precious gems. When the siblings returned home, their family embraced them with pride and joy.

From then on, the kingdom and the monkey siblings maintained a close, harmonious relationship.

Moral of the Story
